Blogging Rules

Taken from The Blog of Mr. Mayo's Class.

1. Do not give out any personal information about yourself.  Please make sure your last name becomes a first initial (John S., for example, instead of John Steinbeck).

2. Do not plagiarize. Always write your posts in your own words.

3. Be aware that you are writing for an audience. Never write anything you don’t feel comfortable sharing.

4. Do not change your weblog’s e-mail address, username, or password.

5. Edit your writing to the best of your ability.

6. Use the appropriate tone and style when posting to your weblog 

   7.  Cite properly.  This includes images you may use.  Consider Fair Use (aka "Copyright Law").

   
   

    

This is a zero tolerance policy.
If you violate the rules you will lose your weblog for the semester.
